Poogan's Smokehouse
The barbecue sister of Poogan's Porch, the Queen Street restaurant that opened in 1976 and is named for a stray dog who greeted guests. The Smokehouse opened on East Bay Street in 2015; the venue says it 'traded the haunted history for some smoke' and built the menu around slow-smoked barbecue, Southern sides and ribs.
